Hi Friend I’m Kristi

I am a southern California based 500hr E-RYT yoga & meditation Instructor, Reiki Master healer, spiritual mentor and I lead in-person and online Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing and Reiki trainings. I am also a lead support trainer on Uplifted Yoga AKA the best yoga online teacher training working closely with my Teacher Brett larkin and other highly successful healers, teachers and wellness experts.

I’m also an advocate for holistic wellness which includes hormonal health, nutrition, self-care and positive psychology, I have helped hundreds of students and clients deepen their connection to Their own healing and watched them transform into the best version of themselves.
