In this workshop you will begin with breath work and guided meditation to prepare and relax your body and mind. You will be guided through a slow and deep Yin Yoga practice led by Kelli Martin and Kristi Kuttner, and encouraged to hold the postures for time to get deep into the connective tissues in the body.
During this healing experience you will receive Sound Therapy through the vibrations of beautiful crystal bowls as well as hands on Reiki (Energy Healing) by Reiki Masters Kelli and Kristi. This class will provide you the opportunity to peel back the layers and go deep within yourself, physically and emotionally.
In this live stream workshop you will begin with breath work and guided meditation to prepare and relax your body and mind. Be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation while receiving healing Reiki energy to release physical and emotional stress lead by Reiki Masters Kelli Martin and Kristi Kuttner. This healing experience will help to clear and release stuck energy and balance the chakras.
