As we begin to move from the dormancy of winter season we can spring clean and create SPACE FOR POSSIBILITY by planting our seeds or intentions and getting clear on how we can continue to nourish our intentions to create the life we desire and so deserve.

Use the slow, introspective and regulating practices of Yin yoga, reiki, sound and yoga nidra to release held tension and bring clarity on what seeds your planting. Feed these seeds with prana so they bloom into their fullest expression.
